Scroll down on any report for the job title, summary, location, posting reference number, and itemised receipt. Click Download & Print Report at the top of the page to save the whole thing as a PDF and attach to your filing.

If your client prefers their own billing, or wants their HR person managing applicants directly, invite them as a team member of their own organization. They get their own login, buy credits on their own card, and post jobs without your involvement. You stay on the immigration paperwork; they run the day-to-day hiring.
