Job duties:

Plan and organize operations for residential services;

Monitor, direct and supervise staff, vendors, contractors and logistics for residential services;

Ensure quality control and that personnel follow service standards;

Plan and manage budgets for residential services and authorize expenses;

Restock supplies and manage suppliers;

Plan, coordinate and manage private functions;

Serve as the concierge for all guests;

Train administrative and service staff; and

Other duties assigned and consistent with the role.

Terms of employment:

Permanent and full-time (35 hours per week)
