Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, results-oriented aesthetic treatments, including services such as:
Advanced skincare analysis
Client consultations and treatment recommendations
Medical peels
IPL photofacials
Microneedling
Diode laser hair removal
Maintaining professional treatment and sanitation standards
Providing exceptional client care and building long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced and confident aesthetician who:
Has strong knowledge of advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments
Has hands-on experience with IPL photofacials and diode laser hair removal
Has experience with microneedling and medical peels
Is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and well organized
Is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Takes pride in achieving excellent treatment outcomes
Has a warm, personable approach and enjoys developing lasting client relationships
Is motivated to grow professionally and take on additional responsibility over time
Available for flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday including some Saturday shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Assets
Experience in the following areas would be considered a strong asset:
Retail skincare sales
Client retention and rebooking
Marketing and social media
Building and maintaining a client base
Electrolysis
Electrocoagulation
Training in electrolysis and/or electrocoagulation can be provided for the right candidate.
Experience Required
Experience is essential for this position.
This role is best suited to an experienced aesthetician who can confidently step into the treatment room and perform advanced services with minimal supervision.
